If you could go run for an hour with anyone, who would it be with?
What keeps you awake at night?
My mind on bad nights, my wife on the good ones. ;)
If you could have any car in the world, what would it be?
I've always wanted a Volkswagen Bus.
Metal, Rap or Country?
Any New Years resolutions?
I'm not a huge fan of resolutions that I'll mess up the next week. During winter solstice we write down our intentions for next cycle and then burn them in our fireplace to release to the world. Mostly just reminding myself to be love, show compassion, be slow to anger, laugh lots and be present during daily interactions.
Shave regularly or rarely shave?
It's a rare occasion.
Do you prefer to run alone, or in a group?
What is your favorite local eatery?
When was the last time you stepped in dog shit?
It's been too long, I'm due.
Text message or phone call?
If you could live anywhere in the world where would it be?
What is the first website you check in the morning?
I try to start my day with Headspace and then my email.
Describe your driving:
Do you have any pets?
A gray cat named Layla
Tell us 2 truths and a lie:
- I lived in a home with shag carpet crawling up the walls.
- There was a time in high school where I strutted around in a velour suit and some bling bling.
- I once aspired to be a professional rapper; I set up gigs in Wisconsin and my hip-hop name was T-Bone.
What could we find in your refrigerator right now?
Kale, eggs, chicken, cabbage, blue-green algae, probiotics, vegenaise, chocolate hazelnut milk, coconut yogurt, leftovers, random accumulated sauces, carrots, zucchini, bacon, citrus & ginger kraut and almond flour.
Racing, or adventure running?
I prefer long adventure runs in the mountains.
Tell us about an awkward moment while traveling:
When Tristan first began walking, at airports he would chase after ever young kid he saw yelling "Hi!-Hi!-Hi!!!" This sometimes resulted in scared children but also found him awesome new friends to play with during layovers. He definitely has a big heart!
A huge thanks goes out to Tim for obliging to do these. Check out Timmy's writing and accomplishments on his website, HERE.
